Overseas clothing company.. so don’t be in a rush…
However, I am satisfied with the clothing on the exception of the swimsuit being to small and not wanting to send back because of restocking fees.
I will shop with Cupshe again with a better understanding of what to expect.

How long will my package be in "Pre-Shipment"? I paid extra for faster shipping, and was wondering why my package hasn't been shipped after two days.
I ordered a day after you, no results other than "pre-shipment" Order # FOR ME IS: 3642085 I'm going to call my bank and state this is fraud unless they respond to my question within the day.

I have yet to receive any type of email from CupShe. I ordered on 2-13-18 and have emailed customer service multiple times. Am I out $104?
I too am in this SAME situation! This site is TERRIBLE! I placed an order on 3/1, they say it was delivered with no legitimate tracking info., and you cant comtact them except through email, and they will not refund my money. Keep offering me a coupon for 100% of the product to re-order, so I dont have to return. Im not sure how Im supposed to return something I didnt receive? I dont want to re-order, they have my order number and know what I ordered, if they are a legit company they would just re-ship me what I ordered. Seems like a scam to me! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card!

Hi-I ordered February 21st. Its now the middle of March 13th. Ive recieved 11 automated responses to my questions regarding my orderer that was supposedly shipped Express mail, and tracking now says supposedly been delivered. The last 2 messages were suggesting I could get a coupon to order more. I want my $ back on my charge card. I feel like Im being stolen from. Im about to contact BBB over the situation. This is ridiculous.
